I have been training people how to work with computers and software for several years now - since 1990 if you want to get precise.

When I am in the classroom I use humour and share my understanding of the concepts or "how the stuff works" to help students to really understand what is happening. My goal is not to teach people how to click, I assume they know this, but how things work so they understand how the data moves and are better able to fix problems.

Currently I am teaching mainly Microsoft courses but I am also certified to teach A+, Network+, Project+ and Security+. Additionally I have a CTT+ and a CIW CI.
